Our Aims

  • To provide an inclusive, welcoming environment that respects and promotes diversity and challenges anti-discriminatory practice
  • To meet the individual needs of all children; helping them to progress at their own rate, while extending their knowledge, understanding and skills

  • To provide children with a Key Person, giving children the reassurance to feel safe and cared for; also building on-going relationships with their parents

  • To provide opportunities for, and support children in self-care; helping them to gain a sense of self-respect and concern about their own personal hygiene and care. As well as supporting the development of independent skills.
  • To build relationships with local schools, and other settings, to ease future transitions
  • To support and develop every child to become secure, confident, imaginative and creative
  • To make our pre-school a ‘fun place to be’
