Complaints Procedure
We are confident that you and your child will be happy with the service that we provide and hope that you will feel able to discuss any concerns or issues that you may have with your child’s key person, our Preschool Deputy Manager or the Manager. We ask that this is not done in front of your child, if it is a sensitive matter, please ask to make an appointment to speak in confidence.

If you feel that the concern has not been resolved through discussion, a formal complaint can be made in writing to Harrietsham Preschool Committee at:

The written complaint will be fully investigated and the action to be taken will be shared with you within 28 days of the receipt of the letter.

If you feel that the concern is regarding the EYFS and the Statutory Framework, and if you feel it has not been resolved following the complaints procedure, you can contact Ofsted via their help desk, which is open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday:
